Defective product – This laptop arrived broken. The specifications were very good on paper but it is very cheap feeling and ended up being defective. The OS has been reset but the computer continues to crash frequently. I believe it is due to poor upgrade of the RAM.

Mistake or Intentional? – Great laptop. However, the description says the keyboard is backlit. It is not. Is that a mistake by the seller or an intentional false claim. I already uploaded my backup information to this new laptop or I would have sent it back. If a backlit keyboard is a key feature you’re looking for… keep on looking.
