It’s an HP Chromebook! But the description on Amazon is inaccurate! – Everything but not the Micro-Card Reader! So, why is everything pretty much as described except no card reader? Yes, it’s a single feature out of all the features this Chromebook has but I relied on the description on Amazon’s site. I bought it because of ALL the features I saw. So, yes, I’m disappointed about that part of it. On the other hand, the price was very good. The AUE, automatic update expiration, is June 2027. I believe all sellers should be required to list the AUE in the product description. I’ve only had it a few days, but it seems to be working properly. No problems. It arrived as expected and was well packed. It’s the third refurbished Chromebook I have bought. I have had a good experience every time. (Well, except for the Card Reader, thing.) All is well, then.

Display has very few good angles – Setting this up on a desk to watch YouTube or stream a game is not really ideal, if you don’t get the angle right, half the picture is dark or washed out

Amazing laptop – I purchased this refurbished laptop a few weeks ago. I purchased it mostly for my catering business. I have a desktop computer. I can be on a computer for hours handling business and sometimes I don’t want to sit on at my desk at my desktop computer. Having this laptop lets me sit in bed and handle everything for my business with ease. You can handle a lot because you can have multiple tabs open at once. It’s works with Goggle only not Microsoft. Which, is fine with me because my business documents are in Google docs. I prefer Google anyway. It is lighting fast with my Wifi. I like that I can download apps directly from the Google play store. It even has a camera so I am able to do a Zoom meeting from it. The touch screen feature is great and the touch pad feature works well. You can choose to enter a pin instead of a password when you first turn on the computer or to wake it from sleep mode. It does not have a fingerprint scanner. It’s a nice blue color as well. The keyboard does not light up. That’s not too big of a draw back for me. The speakers on it are okay I’m not expecting much sound from a laptop speaker. The battery life is freaking amazing it has a 12 hour battery life. It even tells you the battery percentage and how much time you have left before it needs to be charged like a cell phone. I have gone days without charging it and it hardly lost any battery power. It even has blue tooth, headphone jack, and a 1 hdmi port. You can flip the screen to use it as monitor or flip it all the way back to use a tablet. It does not have caps button. The caps button was replaced with a search button. When you press the search button. You can for look for anything quickly. It can be something on Google, on you laptop, apps,

Very nice system for moderate user. – Easy to set up and performs to my expectations. Light weight. Not to big but yet not to small. Operates nicely. Your not going to break any speed or storage records with this system, but works very nicely.

Great laptop – I love this laptop but I did have a few issues. The keyboard messes up sometimes and the keys stick. The keyboard also lacks keys such as a delete key and a play key. Maybe it’s just what I’m used to from switching over from a regular hp, but the keyboard seems very outdated. Other than that it’s a great buy.
