HP computers are so easy to navigate and these latest models are very durable – Touch screen is amazing, scrolling can take some getting use to, it’s lightweight decent battery life before you have to put it on the charger, my on downer but it’s just newer technology is the S mode will not allow you for o download products or apps that aren’t Microsoft unless you disable the S mode

Good Laptop – I’ve had the lap top for a few weeks now and it works pretty well. I purchased it for online classes and zoom meetings. It works well. I will say the battery seems to drain quick as I will start a 3 hour class with full battery and have around 50% left by the time class ends. Otherwise its nice size, lightweight, camera is good, speakers are good, and touch screen works well. I did have to do some stuff with Windows S or whatever in order to get Google Chrome to work, but I figured it out for free and haven’t had any issues. I give it a 5 star rating. I’m happy.
