Easy to set up – I got this for my father. Great for what he needs. I’d even order one again for my use.

Buyer Beware – I’m returning this item because of the following. 1st, I was told it was it was a prime 2 day item and it took at least 5 days to get to me. Then, as soon as it booted up it gave me my 1st error, Intel Optane Memory & storage Mgmt Application Error. I was never able to find the driver. Then, I was told it was a Windows 11 install – I confirmed it was installed but it was a “S” mode, however certain applications, such as driver installs would not install unless you reverse or back out the S mode through the microsoft store (something I have no experience with or felt comfortable doing) but once you did so you couldn’t change your mind. I didn’t want to change my mind. I started getting frustrated. Next, I noticed that the Windows updates wouldn’t install properly and these were crucial installs and that was the last straw. This computer should never have been sent out like this.

Meh – The screen is vivid, quite good. Adjusting the display is unnecessarily tedious, and the screen saver only allows the slideshow for one minute or longer. I liked the ten second option of Windows 8 or 7.

When I sit and work with this laptop if almost feels like being on a desktop because of the size. It looks impressive. Sleek and modern. It comes with enough software to begin doing most common tasks.
