Not easily ugraded – This PC runs fine, I had an issue that is no fault of the manufacturer that caused me to need to replace the power supply. The issue is you can’t buy the power supply because it is a custom sized supply due to the case size. To replace it would cost $200 from a third party. Hp doesn’t sell the power supply as a part. Also calling tech support is useless. I was told they would send me a box to get it replaced and the box never came. Avoid this PC buy a normal sized PC you can easily upgrade

Dead on arrival – Unfortunately did not get to actually try the computer out. Was dead on arrival, would not even power up. The price was a good deal at the time for the specs though. Takes awhile to get a refund which is another big downside too.

Read here if Bluetooth stops working – This conputer comes installed with Windows 11. On September 20, 2022, windows 11 released version 22H2. After my computer upgraded to this it stopped recognizing the Bluetooth device. I tried updating the Bluetooth drivers to the latest one, unistalling from device manager, updating to the latest windows update, I confirmed the bluetooth service was running, ran system file check and the image deployment services. None of these fixed the issue. I searched for recovery in windows and I reverted back to windows 11 – 21H2. My Bluetooth device is now working again.
