Outstanding Value. Like New Condition. – The unit arrived on time. It has a built in WiFi adapter, so no need for any USB plug-in. Windows10 is already pre-loaded. A brand new wired keyboard and wired mouse was included in the box, as well as an adapter to allow direct hookup to an HDMI cable. I have mine hooked directly via an HDMI cable to a 42″ HD TV. I simply turned it on, put in my WiFi router password & downloaded my favorite VPN and internet security software (Nord VPN). I then downloaded my Microsoft Office subscription that I already own. The unit literally looks brand new without even a single scratch. At 7 inches square and 1.5 inches tall, the tiny footprint uses very little room. I could not be more pleased. This inexpensive solution will allow me to reserve my (pricey!) laptop for just travel instead of several hours daily.

Excellent condition & CLEANED – this in not – “This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors.

You Get what you pay for!!!! – Unit Arrive in a large bow with bubble wrap- Bubble wrap not taped and computer was flopping in the box – Checked for Physical damage and none found – Installed unit and immediately came up with a No bootable device detected. Rebooted unit and windows loaded – Went into the bios and reset boot parameters. same error – Boot error every other Power Up. Performed a bios update and currently seem to be OK. I question the Definition of refurbished in this add – More like Loaded OS and Shipped – Definitely not tested properly. Inside needed cleaning, had to update bios. I any more problems arise, will be returning for a better unit that is actually done properly.

Great little PC – Arrived on time and well-packed. Listing said it came with Windows 10 Home but it arrived with a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro. Also included was a USB to DisplayPort adapter and a tiny USB dongle labeled only “CSR 4.0”. No idea what that’s for.

Good mini desktop, Wifi is not built in. – Purchased in Nov 2020. Like everything about this unit except that the WiFi is not built in as expected but rather a USB WiFi adapter. Just under 2 years later the adapter quit and had to be replaced. PC is doing great though.
