Good value, good design, excellent performance, excellent customer service – We’re using this as a media center PC (streaming and DVR). The PC came with Windows 10 Pro, clean installation. We did a clean Windows 11 Pro upgrade. Earlier versions of this particular model are not upgradeable to Windows 11. The power supply is lower wattage (perfect for us, but not great if you’re gaming and adding high power discrete graphics). The dvd tray, auto open mechanism, was broken. The vendor responded immediately with a replacement. The vendor supplied two USB adapters: (1) Display Port to HDMI and (2) WiFi. This unit, with a small power supply cooling fan and a CPU cooling fan, is extremely quiet with good airflow. There are a couple of small wear related cosmetic imperfections which, as advertised, are only visible upon very close examination. Price / value, quality and customer service equal 5 stars happy. This HP model is a pleasure to work on.

Some missing parts – Came without an optical drive and no caddy for a 2.5″ SSD drive. So to a drive you will have get a caddy, a SATA cable and power splitter cable. Not sure if a generic caddy would work.

Great Machine for Veeam – We use it for running backups for our VMWare environment. Very fast and great condition. Will buy more in the furture.

Buyer Beware!! Bad product, bad packaging, broken parts – The computer I received in no way matched the product description. It was missing internal components (optical drive, etc.), banged up like crazy, and accessories very damaged (keyboard keys broken off everywhere, and not all of them even in the box). I would not buy this computer, and if you do, it’s at your own risk.

not quite as shown – The picture shows two displayports and one hdmi, but I got one with three displayports. So the bulk of the review will have to wait till I get a displayport cable. This is annoying since I was all ready to go with an hdmi cable and monitor. Fortunately the monitor also has a displayport, so I only need a new cable. Also, when I went to remove the taped-on wireless card, the black paper that it is “refurbished” with started to peel off. And the keyboard and mouse are “Bt” brand, which is junk, I’d rather have gotten a system without keyboard and mouse for a few dollars less. I intend to update this with how it runs in a few days when I can connect a screen to it.
