My First NUC and I’m Loving It, the seller’s pre-sales and post-sales support are great! – This was my first NUC and I am very impressed. I’ve used Ultrabooks for the last several years so I’m used to computing without a dedicated graphics card. This allows me to bring that same experience to my desktop at such a small scale. Compared to my Thelio (a desktop PC), this NUC has an idle power draw that’s only a fraction.

Fast, sleek computer with great customer service – I am very happy with the computer. Setup was very easy and fast. Once I began to setup windows 10 pro it prompted me if I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 which I did. That save time of me having to install windows 10 and then upgrade to 11. Installing all the apps was a cinch and fast. This computer replaced my Dell laptop that also has an i7 chip but the NUC is much faster. I hooked the NUC up to a 4K monitor that I also bought and was blown away at how clear it was. I then connected it to two 32″ 4K monitors (one through the HDMI port and one through the mini display port) they both looked great and I detected no difference or lag between the two monitors. BTW I am not a gamer so when I compared the monitors I compared normal apps and 4K videos. Overall I love the NUC, I’ve had it for about a week now and have no complaints at all. During the setup I contacted the vendor Geek+ Computer Mall and they were amazing. Cathy the customer rep, responded to my request almost instantly it was so nice to deal with someone so professional, timely and friendly. This has been nothing but a perfect experience for me. I would definitely buy from this vendor again. Overall great experience

Solid and reliable construction. Used as a server – This is an amazing unit. It is rock solid with tremendous capability. I decided to upgrade from my 6 year old nuc, which has been running and serving up VM’s 24/7 over its life. This upgraded version will take its place. So far it has taken its place with no issues… barely getting warm even during the heaviest load. I may up the RAM at some point to 64gb to serve up some more VM’s or run Revit/CAD.
