Connected quickly to my wireless network, downloaded the Office suite and a few other programs I use, and was off and running. The NUC is fast and, so far at least, incredibly reliable. And all in such a tiny box. Very impressive.

Perfect portable machine! – I bought two of these for a hobby project of mine. Basically, I needed 2 computers capable of streaming video from a few capture cards to Discord and I needed it all to be quickly and easily broken down for transport. Originally I had tried a Raspberry Pi 4, but the quality just wasn’t cutting it. I picked up one of these and I was very impressed with how powerful it is considering the size! I also had a short interaction with the customer support that was very smooth and easy. Now both machines rest comfortably in a briefcase that’s lighter than my desktop PC tower.
