Even more disappointing than sending the faulty equipment is that the number for support listed for this seller and Amazon’s numbers are wrong numbers; disconnected. I was flabbergasted when I learned that I wasn’t going to be able to connect with the seller to get a new power source. I shared my disappointment with an Amazon support person, who quickly sent me a replacement power cord, which ended up not working either. This pushed me from disappointed to angery. Then, Cathy, a support person from the selling store (GEEK+), reached out to me. Cathy moved quickly to get me the correct equipment and gave me a small portion of the purchase price back for my troubles. Cathy was super friendly and intent on correcting the issue. I only wish Cathy would have been accessible to me from the beginning. The computer itself is awesome; fast, quiet, powerful, and easy to set up.
