Bargain basement components – 4 month update unit wont power off – ****4 month update unit wont power off without pulling plug or holding power button for 10 seconds, my best guess is crap bulk/mismatched components or the off-brand power supply. If I could return this I would.

Did not work – When the item was booted up, the power light came on but the monitor displayed “No signal input”. I returned the item, only to be charged a $53.50 restocking fee. Amazon had the nerve to print on my refund email that they are “Building the Earth’s most customer-centric company.” I don’t think so.

Sweet little PC that is working as expected to be a video conferencing center for the meeting room. – It’s only issue is that it has difficulties with Wake-On-LAN
