My old reason I gave it 4 stars is because the power plug is bulky but it’s understandable due to the fact that it’s essentially a power strip. 2 power plugs, 2 USB and 1 USB-C

Bought in 2019, finally died on me! – Bought this back in 2019 and today 9/12/2022 something popped and it no longer works. Does not power on anymore and sounds like something inside is rattling. It is what it is, I got my money’s worth for sure. Will probably buy another one.

Almost Perfect – Love this! So pretty and is the perfect thing for my headset. It’s nice to have the extra charging ports. My only complaint is the USB-C port doesn’t work. I don’t really need it and can easily use the other charging ports. Just a tiny thing but if someone was buying this mainly because of the USB-C port. I would advise against. Other than that it’s really nice.
