The button to turn off and on stuck – It took my grandson 2 days and it broke.

Customer Service is Great! – We bought this for our son’s 2nd birthday in August, and it overheated and quit working. Upon contacting Fivahiva customer service, they were quick to resolve the issue and replace the tablet with very quickly with no issues. It only took a week from the time it overheated to my little guy having his favorite thing back.
