M1 chip is superior – I do multiple online streamings plus discord or zoom on the side. My intel 2018 Macbook Pro 16GB ram was throttling constantly and fan noise was always screaming like a jet engine. I have just switched to M1 and all these problems gone like a magic. It is not because this one does not have a fan, I always check my Activity Monitor and all stats gone down significantly. Super happy with this machine.
