Best type of transaction – Delivery was even faster than expected, came in the original box clean, well protected and even up to date. It’s always a pleasure making business like this.

Missing USB-C to Magsafe3 cable $50 (clearly stated in listing it’s included) only USB-C to USB-C – On top of missing the USB-C to Magsafe3 connector. Came in a box too big and everything inside was rattling around despite foam on ends of laptop because there was too much room in the box (see photo). I previously purchased a refurbished/reconditioned MBP 13” M1 on Amazon and the experience was great, this experience while not awful was no where near good. Battery cycles were 188 and battery health 88%. The listing states 80% or better but that is WAY TOO MANY cycles, this thing was HEAVILY used in its short life. In sum, this was too much $ for to little quality. The way the computer was packaged, was VERY poor and indicative of how the reseller, Loop handles their business, sloppily. (also see the item not shipped the USB-C to Magsafe3 cable which they kept as it is a $50 item and sent instead a $5 UBS-C to USB-C). Displeased in most aspects of the transaction and will not be purchasing anything refurbished/reconditioned through Amazon again. This item was roughly $1600 and I expected better.

Great customer service – I got a lightening cable instead of the MagSafe charger but they offered a partial reimbursement for the cost of the MagSafe charger. They were quick to respond and had a satisfactory solution. Amazing laptop. Fantastic condition. Fast delivery. Five stars

Product incomplete. – I have no issues with the computer itself. But none the less I have been scam in a way. I receive the product without the charger and with no cable, it is an extra cost for me. more or less about $100.

Darn near perfect – I really loved this computer. The size is almost exactly the size of the 2015 13″ MacBook Pro (high is 1-driver’s license taller). The screen is the best I’ve ever seen, near perfect keyboard, ports galore. I sent it back ultimately to keep the 13″ MBP M2 because it was thinner and more portable. I didn’t need all that power. But I will miss that screen.
