Almost in excellent condition – I think buying a refurbished product can be a great way to save a lot of money compared to retail cost and especially with Apple Products. This version of MacBook Pro 16 inch with 16GB of RAM and 1TB hard drive is the sweet spot for the majority of people because it can meet the needs of a variety of professions, school needs, and every day use. The refurbished model I got came with the retail box, what looked to be a brand new charger and cable. I did wipe down the exterior and interior and I got quite a bit of residue and dirt off so it definitely wasn’t clean. I did notice some minor scratches on the outside shell around the hinges, otherwise it looked great everywhere else, to include the screen. The keyboard is nice and had no real signs of wear which was also nice. If you are considering a refurbished Apple product from Amazon, have confidence because Amazon backs them with a 90 day guarantee.
