Nice for On the Go – This is a really nice option if you’re looking for something that is powerful and on the go. It’s not going to be as strong as a fully functional laptop, but it has plenty of power and is perfect to move around with.

Computer was fine. The power supply (charger) was defective., – The computer was a used “refurbished” unit. It was in pretty good shape, and the screen was perfect. The power supply / charger worked for a few minutes and then died. I had to buy an after market unit. However the vendor DID send a replacement promptly. The replacement charger was just fine. I would buy from these folks again.

Horrible battery life – I purchased this product because it was a tablet that ran windows. I bought it refurbished, which in retrospect, was a huge mistake. After receiving the tablet, I noticed that there was very little battery life – about 2-1/2 hours, which is well below the guarantee. I sent it back for another hoping the problem was isolated to that machine. I got the replacement, and immediately noticed the same problem. I called Microsoft hoping they could help-they couldn’t. After speaking with an Amazon rep, I decided to send it to the refurb warranty provider, and requested a battery replacement. Several weeks later, I received the tablet. Again, same battery issue with only slight improvement to 3-1/2 hours battery life. As it turned out, they did not replace the battery with a new one, but a refurbished one. I gave up and just returned the tablet to Amazon and replaced it with a Samsung Galaxy, which I am very pleased with. The most frustrating part is that anywhere along this process, a simple battery test would show that the product did not live up to the promised standards. I am now very weary of buying refurbished products. Save yourself time and avoid this product.

Wimpy – Disappointed it doesn’t have a keyboard. It’s kind of misleading. Most places has accessories not included

Renewed ? You’d never guess. Very happy. With a flaw..had to return – My existing Surface Pro4 succumbed to the, apparently, well known (by the OEM) “SurfaceGate” issue of a failing/ bulging battery. OK – it was 4 years old, used every working day…but disappointing nonetheless in an otherwise perfectly operating machine. Microsoft wanted $376 to replace with the same spec unit…but the wait would be ten days . For $100 more I have doubled the memory and RAM…and I am delighted…but not so much with the original manufacturer’s service or transparency in alerting customer / conducting a recall.

Portable and easy to carry – Works very good. Good battery life plus responsive touch screen. But they ask separate payment for keyboard and surface pen that costs around 100$.

Ok Purchase – I purchased this used Surface Pro 4 for my wife. I have had a Surface Pro 7 for a while now so I am used to the Surface. Shipping was ok, arrived on time, and was neatly packed. No issues there. Overall I didn’t have any serious issues with the unit. I still think it was a good purchase however just want to chide the vendor for not doing a perfect refurbish. The unit when turned on seemed ok but I noticed that once the screen went to sleep the touchscreen went and you had to attach the keyboard to get back in the unit and then no touchscreen until you restarted the unit. I did some troubleshooting and realized that the driver for the touchscreen was corrupted. Once I got the driver problem sorted out, no issues thus far. So overall I still think it was a good purchase but I am surprised they did not discover this before releasing the unit to a customer. But I still think it was value for money because at this time I did not have the resources to invest in a new unit for her and I know the Surface to be good machines so I thought it best to invest in a used Surface than a new unit of another type. Let’s see if I am right on that, lol.
