      Very good perfomance, but with a little inconvenient – The performance for this price is really good, but it came with one of the corners broken.

      So glad I bought it! – I thought it might be a risk to pay this price for a laptop. This computer has worked great! It looks and works like new. I bought it primarily to do some 3D printing and light office work. The battery lasts for hours, the speakers are good when I’m streaming movies, it fires right up and is ready to go in seconds. Great purchase!

      Great power, amazing power. – I have never been a video gamer so a business class laptop is perfect for ME. The laptop is light and comparable to my iPad pro in weight. The 2.4ghz i5 is quick and very pleasing.

      Decent laptop, but there were issues – I bought this laptop a few weeks ago. On arrival the charger was malfunctioning. When I plugged it in the light on the charger would come on then gradually fade if it is not plugged into the laptop. If plugged into the laptop it would go off immediately and of course the laptop never came on. I borrowed my neighbour’s charger and was able to use the laptop. All was well with it. I was disappointed that it did not have a backlit keyboard. I knew that was a possibility but it seemed a bit confusing when I was buying it as to whether it did or did not have this feature. Anyhow, everything else is ok. The screen quality is just ok. The performance is good, as is to be expected of a laptop with these specs. There were a few minor scratches on it which they apparently repaired. Overall I am satisfied but I wish the seller would spend more time ensuring everything works rather than just shipping them out and offering returns for what does not work. I live in Kingston Jamaica so returns are not convenient.

      Todo excelente… pero – todo funciona a la perfección, el computador es superrápido y funcional. Solo el lector de huellas me ha fallado en varias ocasiones. Por lo demás ,todo en orden.

      Overall a very good deal – This laptop hit the sweet spot on size (14″), weight (3.1 oz measured on good scale) and processor. I would have preferred a larger SSD, but 256 Gb is OK. So far after about 1 1/2 months it works good. The only downside is the battery. As with most refurbished laptops, the battery is approaching EOL. My battery would go for some amount of time, the die. This caused the Command Timeout Count (CTC) to be very large (25890) using Clear Disk Info app. I ordered a replacement battery online for less than $50 and installed it. Not too hard, but best to know what you are doing. The CTC dropped to 168 almost immediately. The SSD reports 98% live remaining, so should be good. I will update if anything fails.
