Lenovo black screen – Do not waste your money and buy a Lenovo laptop. Google “Lenovo black screen”, and read if this is something you want to deal with.

Fast, Light, Incredible screen and audio. – This is a fast lightweight laptop, and I am running Bluebeam and AutoCAD at the same time with no performance lag.

Nice, Light Laptop – Power and a Long Lasting Battery – I bought this to replace a 10 year old 4 pound 17″ laptop. I wanted a smaller, lighter, more powerful laptop that had enough battery to last 6 or so hours. I found all that with this Lenovo Thinkpad. It has a solid state “hard-drive” (SSD) and a sharp/crisp touch screen. And it came with a smart pen-stylus too.

Died after 17 months Terrible Before that – I’m a full time student. From the rave reviews and wanting to invest in my studies, I bought this. It always struggled to connect or maintain connection to any wifi network. I bought 4 years of premier support through Lenovo and Norton Protection. I’ve called their customer support. No help. It died today. Been on the phone for 2 hours, and no support.

I’m loving it so… far! – It arrived a day early, it updated without a hitch, and has been running smooth as silk since. The quality is up there with what I expect from Lenovo. The display is 4K and the touch response is quick and smooth, the pen holder is a nice touch too. This review is written in Yoga mode using the onscreen keyboard. Admittedly, I have only had it a couple of days, so I can’t speak of its long term reliability, but as a developer it looks, feels, and operates at 5 stars “today”. If that changes, I’ll post it here.
