Loooove – Been working great no problems with it at all. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and haven’t had any slowdowns issues or anything. Came in a great time early Manner and packaging was in good condition.

Screen is nice – No extra warranty was offered with this unit on sale for $600…..it’s regular price is too high imo. The keyboard and mouse are a wireless joke…..they’re such poor quality that I’m getting a wireless Trackball mouse and a USB connect keyboard as most wireless ones I found are simply flimsy. If an extended warranty had been offered, this would be a solid 4 stars imo. If it held at the sale Price and you could get the extended warranty then I would give it 5 stars as getting a new mouse and keyboard would be worth it. It takes a minimum of 4 hours to get all the excess garbage off of it and have a solid firewall and anti-virus to supplement Defender. I found that right off you have little control of the system until you wrench it away. It comes with Win 10 though it says 11. Right after turning on it’s set to download and upgrade to 11, BUT when you check the system it says it’s still 10. That being said, it does give you the option of reverting to 10. Confused yet? One thing….If you try to introduce or download another anti-virus or firewall , McCaffee will designate them as harmful and not allow it. So you either remove that crap and download what you want with Windows Security running or download it on another system, transfer it to a USB drive, turn OFF your modem, and then go at it. Imo, the screen is great. I can barely hear one fan running and it sounds like a fan that need to be replaced already. So I recommend a stand alone monitoring program to warn you of over heating etc so you don’t burn it up. I am NOT going to recommend or endorse any particular software. Do your own due diligence and pick what you are satisfied with. It’s also very quick to set up and start up. It is one of the very best packaging I’ve ever seen. The way Amazon packed it the factory packed box was terrible, but the great job done by Lenovo kept it from harm. I say this from years of professional packing experience and ridiculously low claims on my part. I’m typing this from an older computer I built because I can’t use the crappy Lenovo keyboard without making a LOT of mistakes and having to correct them.
