      Love the touch screen! – So far, it’s been very user friendly and I love that it’s a touch screen. My last laptop was an apple and I hated it. Really like windows 11, but the only thing I don’t like is that you have the buy Microsoft office separately.

      So far, so good – It’s early days yet, but I don’t have any complaints about this Lenovo laptop. It was easy to set up, the screen quality is very good, and the keyboard works well. I don’t make nearly the demands on laptop performance as I used to but so far, this unit is meeting my needs efficiently.

      Wonderful general laptop but Terrible Trouble with Windows “S” – I’ve used computers since Graduate School and “Floppy Disks” and as a definite “Senior Citizen,” I have been upgrading computers. Needed a new laptop, and this Lenova was a wonderful choice. But, the Windows “S” was a disaster. I use several “trusted” programs that “S” would not install. The supposed “Delete S” option failed miserably! Even tried to install Windows Pro from a USB stick and “S” would not recognize it! Fortunately, my son who is a 20 year Senior Member of a large corporation team that secures over 6000 computers running on the Windows platform came to the rescue. Even he could not make “S” disappear until he completely “wiped” the Lenova hard drive and put a fresh non-“S” Windows version on it. Consider calling Lenova and getting a model without “Windows S,” even it if costs you an upgrade fee.
