Great laptop for low price. – Got this laptop from Amazon after having a 3 month waiting time for my refund from BB. They mistaken my address and someone signed the delivery invoice and BB and UPS was refusing to grant my refund.

Great for the price! – I was pretty happy to get these specs on this laptop at this price point. It said it was used, but it looks brand new. The keys on the keyboard have a kinda weird texture that makes them feel a little cheap and the keys are very flat, no concave at all. So that could be better.

(Updated) Pissed – Five months into owning this, after working great for the first 3 months, out of the blue my wifi drivers disappeared rendering this thing pretty much useless. I had to buy a temporary third party device just to download the driver from Lenovo’s support site only to have it disappear again a month later. This time, I try to download it again, and it doesn’t work, so I have a totally useless laptop. Super pissed, and despite it still being well within the warranty, getting someone at Lenovo on the phone is damn near impossible. I’m super, duper pissed and will never recommend. Finally someone answers after having me on hold only to put me back on 2 more long holds, sandwiched in between dealing with total A$$ of a customer service person. Terrible experience… never again..

Fantastic – This is a GREAT laptop for the price. Added an external USB 3.0 2TB Western Digital HD for my files. Keep Programs only on internal 256GB SSD HD.
