      black screen problem – black screen out of no where and does not turn back on tied resetting and may other methods but nothing worked returned.

      Got a defective item – Ordered this laptop and within 2 months the screen was glitching, reached out to amazon for replacement even though it mentions 90 days free coverage(they say only 30 days) they refuse to exchange the defective item, I didnt even ask for refund and was suggested to deal with lenovo. Poor customer service from amazon. Never buying electronics from amazon again smh…

      This is a tremendous step up from a machine that cost the same only a few years ago. – This machine is used by a college student who does some gaming. It exceeds every requirement. It’s her first machine with a solid state drive, and that represents a huge upgrade.

      faulty equipment: Headphones are detected but there is no sound – Headphones are detected but no sound. I contacted Lenovo and they told me that in Ecuador they do not apply HW Support. How is this kind of failure possible for a laptop of this range?
