Amazing budget gaming laptop – Great packaging, nice box with foam inserts and plenty of protection. Cloth screen protector is nice, can slide it in before closing the lid, has a cloth cover for the laptop as well.

Very good for gaming and work, two problems to have in mind, overheating and malfunctioning touchpad – I recently bought this laptop, for work and videogames it’s really good, the gpu it’s enough to run every game and I would say it’s perfect with the exception of two things, at least in my laptop the touchpad doesn’t work at all, I tried to fix it but any of the solutions work, and the second thing it’s the overheating, which I say it’s fault of the proper Lenovo, the refrigerate system it’s just not enough so you can expect temperatures above 176°F and even 194°F in both cpu and gpu and that it’s just not good for the health of any computer.

Awesome laptop, mediocre battery – I was looking for a sub $1000 laptop that I could use for school/productivity, but also to play games when I’m back from campus (since I use a PC on campus and I don’t bring it back every time I go back home since its an 6 hour drive). This laptop does exactly that, and honestly exceeds my expectations for a laptop of this price. The keyboard is absolutely phenomenal, I haven’t tested the more intensive games yet on the laptop but so far everything is silky smooth, and I am able to play games in lecture more effectively than before. Only complaint is the battery life, which only lasts a little over a 2-3 hour lecture with the battery power set to slightly better performance doing almost nothing, though for me its not much of a problem since I can charge it between classes.

Screen DEAD in 5 months – i buy this laptop in May5 and 5 months after the screen failed…. the big problem is that my warranty was already expired… i dont know why but it shot that start mora than one year ago… before i bougth the product…. very disapointed.
