When I contacted the seller, they immediately responded and sent a replacement via the same 2-day air shipping and even kindly added a USB thumb drive for my son. The computer looks very clean and almost like new; works well. Very pleased with the purchase of this computer and great customer service.

Fantastic Service – I ordered a small form factor refurbished PC from TekRefurbs. It was as expected, but the AC adapter was making a high pitched whine. I contacted support by email late one evening, asking if it would be possible to replace the AC adapter without shipping the entire thing back (I had already set up the PC). by the time I checked my email mid morning the next day, they already had a repalcement AC adapter on the way to me! Fantastic service!

Remember it’s used Junk – It’s OK it is just the keyboard and mouse that they sent with it was the worst it was so beat up I think they could’ve been a better job giving me a newer looking one with the power supply was another beat up looking thing I have went through every test in this computer New keyboard and mouse and the computer still locks up every once in a while six-month update the computer crashed I did every test available on the Internet they told me it was just a big lemon ended up throwing in the garbage I bought an $850 new one I would never ever recommend buying a used computer on Amazon the sink came in looking junkie and it was a piece of junk never ever buy from the seller again just pure junk I felt like I should get a refund but it’s been six months

No WiFi Adapter – The one I got did not come with a WiFi adapter, so I had a hard time connecting to my WiFi. If you don’t mind using an Ethernet cable, maybe this will work for you.
