Great PC! – This is a great PC for daily use. It runs everything quickly and boots fast. The refurbished process is very well done. The computer looks like new inside and out. I booted it up and was using it in just minutes. It runs many of the games from Steam but I’ll add a higher end video card to play higher end games. This is not a gaming machine but does very well. Great budget PC!

Very Happy – My son installed the computer for me in no time at all. The one I had was so noisy the fan was always running. Love this one because it is quiet and a lot faster than my old one. It came on time and was packaged so there was no damage at all. Thank you!!

Not exactly what is listed. – If you get these from Tek Refurbs, be prepared to not get what is exactly listed. They are the correct model, but do not include a built in DVD drive, yet they provided external units. Also, take note there is MS 2016 plus and Vizio installed on these when they arrive, 3 different installs (fr, sp, and en) Not expected but easily uninstalled so we could put MS365 on them.

Nice computer! – I’ve unboxed the computer today and the system didn’t disappoint. Wifi and Display Port to HDMI adapters come taped to the computer. I didn’t mind and they worked as expected. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the specs said 4.0Ghz and it was 3.40Ghz.

Great computer – Only reason for 4 star rating is they included a Wifi dongle which is very cheap and a Display Port to HDMI adapter. A new cheap key board and wired mouse. The bluetooth was turned on on the motherboard and when installing the wifi dongle with bluetooth (Obsolete build), there was a conflict between both bluetooth trying to work and caused dongle to overheat from conflict causing it to burn out quickly. I ordered new wifi dongle and upgraded to better one. Keyboard and mouse are cheap. Upgraded them too as keyboard had bad space bar.

Buying from this seller like rolling a dice – The listing was for the M710q, I received the M910q. That’s whatever to me, it came with the right RAM and SSD. Wifi and Bluetooth came in the form of two cheap USB dongles, not built-in (even though the ThinkCentre has the capability of an inboard wifi antenna that wouldn’t cost much to install, but now I’ve gotta do it myself). The wired optical mouse does not work well, but that’s not why I bought the computer. I find it a little annoying that they had to put a licensed copy of Windows on it (and probably bumped up the price because of it) when I was just gonna wipe it and install Linux anyway, wish I could’ve opted out of that or at least been given a retail license instead of the kind that’s tied to the hardware.

Both suppliers claimed to have reconditioned their product before being sold on Amazon.
