BUYER BEWARE – full 65w i7-6700 CPU – NOT i7-6700T (35w) – EDIT: Seller responded quickly and was very accommodating. Replacement parts are already en route! Seems like these folks actually care about their customers and that’s hard to find these days. I’m confident everything will be good with this order and I will buy from again.

If you order multiple units, there may be some inconsistencies – We use Lenovo Thinkcentre computers extensively and they are generally reliable, just as these renewed units from Amazon are. However, sometimes features like wifi and bluetooth that you would expect to be built-in from the description, are actually substituted with USB devices instead. So, you lose some USB expansion without a hub. We’ve also had a few SSD and 2.5 drive failures after the machines were on for a day or two that required replacement — the SSD I replaced today was a Helix 256GB.

Good Customer Service – Received one unit that did not work and after contacting customer service it was replaced with a working unit in a timely manner. I would recommend using them to buy a used computer.

Wifi antennas not included – poor wifi strength & disconnects – Why are the wifi antennas never included with your device? The wifi antennas are being removed from the device before shipped. I have purchased two now, and the wifi signal is so low I have to purchase additional wifi adapters to prevent the device from disconnecting from the internet.
