A great laptop for college student – Very surprising to find a refurb laptop in such superb condition and at such a low price. No wear and tear. Screen is vivid and brilliant without any any burn-in our dead pixels. The Intel i5 processor is very snappy.

So far, no issues, I think – I’ve only had this laptop for a few days (haven’t even tried it without the cord yet to see how long the battery life lasts), but I do see folks who change their reviews later, so I’ll come back and see if I can do that if things go south. So far, the product has functioned just fine. Laptop powered up, Win10 was installed on it, I got Office 365, I transferred my files over, and I’ve been using it mostly without issue. (Any quirks that are happening seem to be with the design of the Thinkpad itself–like the terrible trackpad–or with Microsoft’s products, not with this specific machine, and I am guessing they are the kinds of things I’ll move past once I get some new muscle memory for this device.) So far, I am glad I went the refurb route and am glad I don’t see any apparent issues!

Great machine! – I love it. I’ve had it for about two weeks and it works flawlessly. First thing I did was remove Windows 10 (I have NO use for Windows) and installed Linux Mint 20.3. The older Thinkpads are really great. I love the keyboard. Battery life is very good. Over 8 hrs. The machine is infinitely, well almost, customiziable: processor, ram, screen, keyboard, memory, all the important parts. They just go and go. Its build like a tank. Love it.

The one I got was good – Purchased in early June, 2021. No obvious physical issues. Screen had no scratches or dead pixels. Whole unit was very clean. Battery life seems good for a used/refurb unit. Your experience may be different, but in my eyes, this was a good purchase and a good price compared to similar laptops.
