Would highly recommend them when making any computer purchase – I would highly recommend them for your next purchase in laptop. I received my laptop with a very small crack and I was able to contact the seller by phone. The lady I spoke with was very polite and asked if I wanted to refund or exchange which I actually wanted to exchange it with another laptop same model everything. She sent over the shipping label no extra cost or anything. I received my new refurb laptop wanted to do a review after using it for more than a month and it’s actually the best laptop I’ve used thus far. The battery life is amazing I charge it after a days work even though it still has half battery life left. It doesn’t freeze up and it’s not laggy or slow definitely good for everyday use. It’s very easy to use. I would say it was definitely worth every penny and would recommend them when purchasing your next laptop. They get a 5 star for service and reliability.
