Good laptop – So far I have found the laptop to be well suited for my needs, it is quick processing requests and runs my programs flawlessly. Battery life appears to be top notch so far as I can work for several hours between charges. Graphics display is crisp and color is vibrant. Only negative is the lack of USB ports as it only has a single input, will need to run a expansion adaptor if you need more than one usb device plugged in at any time.

Crashes – Battery life and touchscreen are great. However, I use it for school and picked it for the decent processor and ram memory so it won’t crash while working on homework and having multiple apps open. It crashes!

Great small form factor with premium materials – Works very well, and is a great price new at $899 with a 512gb SSD and the features I wanted.

Severe overheating problem. – Fairly run-of-the-mill PC games, or even just YouTube, renders this laptop inoperable after 10 to 15 minutes. Happens even if you open it up or put it upside down.

I’m Sticking With My Old Acer Aspire 3 – This crashed (blue screen of death) three times in less than a week. My less expensive and older Acer never had this problem.

Good for limited use – I got this as a replacement for my aging Samsung Spin 9, this one’s nice and sleek and the specs are fancy, but it’s falling down on my habitual uses and infrequent but desired uses. That might be my fault for not knowing well enough about computers, but it’s surprising seeing that this has all-around newer and superior specs (memory, RAM, processor) to my last laptop that performs similarly if not better. I haven’t loaded up this device with my personal files yet, but it still fails tasks or crashes less gracefully.

Beware who the seller is – I opened mine up and despite the package being sealed, there were finger prints on the laptop. Also, the laptop screen was behaving more like a 30hz monitor at times. The CPU was not operating consistently and the computer would hang. I ensured the laptop was running on wall-power vs just battery, the screen settings were valid, I set the laptop on a laptop cooler to ensure heat was not an issue, I updated Windows 11, all drivers and the LG drivers using LGs app. The RAM is running at 6400Mhz DDR5 which is great. I contacted LG Support and they advised me to contact the merhcant that sold me the laptop for a return. I think I got a lemon. Also, this item was sold by a third party seller, not Amazon.com. Dont’ know who is at fault. Looks like a great laptop otherwise.
