Great Headphones for Price – I ordered these headphones for work to help especially with cancelling out environmental noise. They are very comfortable on my ears (I find I can wear them longer than intended which is very different from other headphones I’ve tried). The sound quality is really good. On occasion they pick up static or back noise from the connection with others that I might not hear without the headphones. I have also gotten feedback that one client can hear me type when using the headphones- although no one else has mentioned it. I’m really glad I bought these and surprised by the quality. Especially the comfort for my ears.

Blown away overall! – I am really blown away by these because I was a little skeptical about these ordering these because the price was just a little too good to be true and when they arrived they worked absolutely amazing!

Suprising Bang for the Buck! – I’ve had a pair of these for, probably 4 months now. I purchased them for about $27. For that $27 you get a no frills headset, but also not a piece of crap. The headset is, overall comfortable. The mic, works, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. This is intended to be a VoIP headset more than a Gaming headset. So there are certain limitations. Don’t expect a fantastic Surround Sound experience, but Stereo is pretty ok. The acoustic range is pretty good, but they do struggle on the low end; fizzling out around 40Hz at a comfortable listening volume. Additionally, the speakers can get distorted/garbled if there is too much going on. For example, an action scene with lots of explosions, sound effects and speaking, may sound more like radio static than any real sound. While the ear cups are comfortable, the pleather does not breath, so expect sweaty ears after a couple of hours.

Work with my Cochlear Implant Processors – I am completely deaf. I use 2 cochlear implants (CI). I set both CI processors to receive input from the CI processors’ “microphones”. I put the H390 on my head, covering my ears and the processors. I am able to hear the sound coming from the H390 headset speakers. I next set both CI processors to “Telecoil”. With this setting I cannot anything through the CI microphones as the CI microphones are turned OFF. Playing test sounds, I can hear the test sounds and I hear the left and right test sounds separately.

Okay for the price but NO SUPPORT for a bad product – The headset tends to cause the ears to hurt after 2 or 3 hours of wearing them, the boom mic is ok, but you either must talk loudly or re-train your voice recognition software because the mic is not adjustable and does not clearly pick up the words said. as for using it with video chat systems or VoIP it is okay for others to understand you. the day after I wrote this review above, the microphone stopped working. Contacted Logitech support and got told I would have to contact the support from where I purchased them. So contacted Amazon support who contacted Logitech support who after going through all the required steps tells amazon support and me that they will send out an replacement which I should get in 5 to 7 business days. After 5 business days Logitech supports recontacts me and wants all the testing redone and tell me that they are not sending out the replacement as they told Amazon Support and me!
