Updated: Ethernet Port Failed two months in. – UPDATED (original review below): Well, well. The original review below and updated referenced question must have tripped a trigger in Shenzen. I (finally) received an email response promising a replacement. And it arrived the next day. I have no idea if this new one is any better than the old one. And, of course, I’ve got to go through the whole config process again and deliver it to my client. But at least they can be hammered into standing behind their product.

I mount them to my telescopes to run the various astronomical software required to do astrophotography and they’ve worked great until one of the units had a failed USB port. Aside from that, the units are fantastic and I highly recommend them but I’m not writing a review because of that. I’m writing it to rave about the amazing customer service. When I contacted them about the port, there was no hassle. I was sent a replacement free of charge within two weeks. And not just a replacement. A vastly upgraded unit from my original purchase. Twice as much drive space and RAM. That’s pretty awesome. I like a good product but I love a company who stands behind their products much better!! I highly recommend these products. They work great and you have assurance that if something happens they got you covered. By the way, the other one works flawlessly.
