It does not come with Microsoft Pro as described, it comes with the Microsoft Home version. Also, It does not come with the keyboard or pen. It is only the tablet.

Product is fine but the seller service sucks – The 1st shipment arrived and the screen is defective. We contacted the seller and provided screen capture and pictures of how it was defective. The seller agreed for a replacement but insisted their return protocol that we didn’t get the replacement until 2 weeks later. We had to use their shipment method and they won’t ship until they received the defective item. I would not buy from this seller again

False advertising on a great product – The reason I got this particular Surface was because it said it had Window 10 PRO. It did not! It had Windows 10 Home which I found out when I upgraded to Windows 11, to get Pro, it cost me an extra $100. I love my Surface, I will not buy from this supplier again and recommend that you find a more truthful seller.
