Very good – The laptop works perfectly fine and came in wonderful condition. The only negative is the touch pad mouse gets stuck and I have to press on it for it to work again. But either than than perfectly fine. 100% would buy again.

So pretty battery- life not great though – The computer is beautiful. Pictures dont do it justice honestly. I am a college student so its perfect because it has microsoft word, outlook, etc. i ordered a case and screen protector to go with it to keep it in good condition.

Perfect laptop for me – This is my favorite laptop I ever owned. The keys are so nice and so is the track pad. The computer is been so fast and perfect for my reception job! Definitely getting your moneys worth! I don’t play games on it but I bet it would do the job just fine. Love this laptop

Wish keyborad was lit, charge cord pulls out easily – Good laptop, charging cord is magnetic and not a plug, pulls out easily. Wish the keyboard was backlit.

Like it… but having problems with the emails feezing. I tried the recommended fixes to no avail. – Came in time for my business trip. Perfect size and worked well. Started having trouble a bit with zoom meetings, may need to return.

Nice – So I purchased this laptop mainly for school work. I must say it was packaged well. Looked brand new. Love the rose color and small enough for travel. I saw a minor glitch yesterday but only once where the screen flickered but the battery was low. Im going to keep watch on that. I did purchase the warranty though. The battery does get warm or hot but I brought a ventilated case . Seems to help. Never use just sitting on a table because it will get hot. Other than that Windows is working fine. I can say that this far im happy with this purchase.
