Great computer even with a small hiccup. – **I am updating my review** I recently purchased the refurbished computer as a present. I really like refurbished items as though something may have been wrong with it, unlike something mass produced on the line; a person actually went in, inspected, repaired and tested the product for resell. This computer was no different and arrived looking almost brand new! The hiccup was that when it arrived it had the wrong charger included. Luckily I have other surface products so I was still able to use and update the laptop no issues. I reached out to the seller and within a day they quickly responded, apologized, and offered a refund amount to purchase a new charger. This is great customer service with a great response time even during this busy holiday season. Bottom line, the computer is great, works fast, has a clean copy of windows 10 installed, and the customer service (of both Amazon and the seller) were superb! I highly recommend this computer and this seller!

The sound surprised me… it can get quite loud. The only downfall is that it doesn’t have a memory card slot. I thought it had one but that was for the charger. Would recommend though.

The Former Profile Remained On The Computer – I could not access this computer because the former account was still active. Without an active email address for the organization that formally owned this computer, I could not sign in. I was not willing to pay someone to reinstall windoes or whatever needed to happen to get into the unit. My expectation was that it was set back to the default. Not so. Love it! – This is a great laptop! I bought it for college and it works great! There is a lot of space for downloading and submitting assignments. It is really nice and I love the fabric on the inside and the lit-up keyboard. Another great quality is the sound that comes from under the keyboard! I love this laptop.
