It is brand new to me – Item arrived in new like condition, not one scratch or finger print. I always been a big fan of the surface product line and I couldn’t be happier with this one. I opted out for this Intel based model after I seen some videos comparing it to the latest AMD based model and according to the reviews this one performs better. Battery life is beyond great, speakers sound amazing even better than my 2020 MacBook Pro. performance wise, it is a beast when power mode is set to max performance, even with that, the battery consumption is low, but fans can get loud and bottom can get pretty warm. Keyboard is awesome. The only thing that I just don’t like as much is the screen, compared to my older surface book model, it doesn’t look as sharp.

The Microsoft Surface and the Apple Macbook are the best of all and the Surface could be my favorite one. It has an incredible screen resolution and very quiet keyboard. I use a computer for my business and also for personal use about 6-8 hours a day. You cannot go wrong with this laptop. Excellent quality.

Nice keyboard, and works with windows 11. The touch screen works perfectly and even passes the one-handed test (can open the laptop with it sitting on a flat surface without using two hands.)
