Stay Away From this product – Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 is DEFECTIVE. I’ve now ordered & returned 2 – both in December. There is a hardware defect that prevents users from logging into Microsoft Account from the device. As of 12/18/22 – Microsoft support has NO FIX. Do Not Waste Your Time. (say this with extreme disappointment – have been a Microsoft user for 20+ years… Looking into Lenovo, HPs & Dell hardware again.)

Computer never turned on. – After unboxing the computer and plugging in, nothing happened. Wasted time with microsoft to trouble shoot then wasted time on phone with Amazon. Had to purchase another one. Amazon not willing to pick up the defected product so I now have to waste my time going to a UPS store to return and won’t get money back for “up to 30 days” per the phone rep. Thanks.

Surface Laptop 5 15 inch, 512gb – 16gb – Wonderful product: 15″ display is the way, not obtrusive at all. Super skinny and lightweight unit. Lighted keyboard is done subtle and elegant… keyboard travel fantastic Track is nice size, not quite big as my macbook but very good size. System is very fast in this configuration 512 gb 16 gb ram… in my opinion no need to go to next level, save the $500. Look and finish is amazing. flips open with one hand which is nice. Power brick has a usb charging port which is awesome.
