Packaged well and fast shipping – Ok… so I was pretty hesitant on purchasing this “refurbished” iPad Pro (May 2022) and to my surprise I was quite impressed with the results. After using it a little over a month now, I haven’t noticed any “bright white” spots on the display, which seemed to be an issue with the 2017 iPad pros, and I haven’t noticed any lag when using an apple pencil, I am able to write with no issues. When it comes to the cons… it appears the iPad seems to last a full day, however I didn’t think it lasted 9-10 hours on a full charge. One issue that I noticed was that when watching videos (YouTube/Tik-Tok, I noticed connection issues while on my own home wifi… All in all, I had a pretty good experience with the seller, ITreplay.

GREAT DEVICE, GREAT SUPPORT – I can’t testify to the battery life as I just finished the syncing process but it took all of 8 minutes to set up the new ipad just like the old one which is a Land Speed record for me! The unit said it was refurbished but looked PRISTINE to me, and the company that supports it couldn’t POSSIBLY have been more committed to my satisfaction. ( I recommend getting the extended warranty to protect your investment) From now on the next time i need a device I’ll look no further than THESE guys: CERTIFIED RESELLERS!

Supposed to be “excellent condition” – Bought the highest priced iPad was supposed to be in excellent condition with no screen damage but on the top right of the screen there is a small line in the display. Nothing we are too concerned about but would’ve liked to know before hand so we could decide if we wanted to choose a different seller! Other than some small scratches on the body everything else is in great condition! Shipped a lot faster than stated which was awesome! Overall would recommend this seller!
