Could not install IOS without a 3rd party participation – When this laptop arrived, it was still associated with a profile with the previous company; We Work Managment LLC. In order to install the iSO, it requested that I give We Work full permission to remotely access and install/uninstall/delete etc. my computer. I was not able to delete the profile and install anything on my own. I returned the computer and haven’t heard back from the company regarding a replacement that is free from any previous profiles.

The device was not usable upon arrival – This device froze with a black screen about every 30 minutes and you had to force shutdown to get it to work again

No estaba como indica la descripción, la batería no sirve y tiene golpes y rayones – La computadora salía que esta en excelente estado. Tiene un golpe junto al puerto de carga, otro en la esquina derecha de la pantalla y esta doblada, debe ser por una caída, la pantalla tiene una linea que atraviesa de lado a lado horizontalmente, y para terminar si le desconecto el cargador se apaga, la batería ya no sirve

Very nice laptop – Very good laptop at a very great price. The set up went smoothly. We wanted to use “Pages” and that required a newer version of operating system so we download the latest operating system, installed that and it works great. We are very happy with the Airbook. So far the battery life is good. We bought a protective cover and a waterproof padded case to protect it.

The produce was not a 2017 as advertised – I bought this as a replacement for my admin. I was attempting to get the same model that she had previously. This was not a 2017 that I received. It was most likely a 2015 model. The charging cables and ports are not even the same as the 2017 model.
