best laptop ever! – i got this laptop for school/personal since my HP was starting to die out on me. it runs so fast, my games are not laggy, the touchscreen is great, and just overall, im very happy with it. im getting dell computers from now on!

Fast – Mouse pad is very sensitive, wish I knew how to “Dumb it down” it incorporated the finger moves for enlargement similar to an IPad

Works great except the battery last less than 30 minutes so I have to keep it plugged in, which defeats the purpose of a laptop!! Maybe this will get fixed with the next version. I would return but I have waited too long.

Great for Students – This laptop is great for school work load. Would not recommend for gaming. The touch screen is amazing. The only thing is that you have to use a Microsoft account to access the computer. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, register before logging in.

Skimpy enclosed paper work – Aside from the absolute minimum instruction type manual. Note the writing stating the country. Nigeria. Aside from the written instructions intended for Asian Buyers, Hopefully I will get the Dell Reliability in this laptop. Battery life, screen touch and overall rating…..Too soon to say! That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
