Great PC, would definitely recommend – Excellent specs, very reasonable price, sleek and fast delivery. The package arrived within 2 days, it was very well secured in the box with safety polytheism around. I have been using it for over a week and it has been wonderful. Almost instant start up with windows 10 and no glitches although I have been using it for less than a month. The warranty that came with it was for 11 months for some reason but there was an instruction card with it that had simple instructions how to adjusted to match the date of purchase which I did and it got amended within 24h. I also wanted a 2 screen setup at home and it has 3 video outputs ( HDMI, DP and VGA). Overall smooth and seamless experience.

Win 7 to Win 10 – I had been dreading my FORCED conversion to Win 10. Have PERFECTLY working 8-yr old Lenovo ThinkCentre with Win 7; but, it would not be “worthwhile” to ‘upgrade’. Thus, a NEW machine was the only answer. After much research, I determined the “specs” desired. Could not FIND an appropriately “speced” machine in a local bricks/mortar store.

Fan Runs Continuously – I have purchased three of these identical computers. The first works perfectly. The second had a problem with the fan running continuously. Within a week of purchasing this one, I tried to exchange it but got a message that it couldn’t be exchanged, but could be returned. No problem, I thought. I’ll return it and purchase another. When I went to do so the item was now $50 more. I still bought it. The third PC now has a fan that will run continuously, but so far, the problem is solved by unplugging the computer and plugging it back in. This is a pain, especially since this newest computer is being used in a recording studio and time is of importance. And, oh by the way, customer service is non-existent.

Great PC. Lousy Amazon tracking!!! Step up your game, Jeff. – This PC has more than lived up to my expectations! No negative issues to report on the product itself, however the inept Amazon shipping tracking still shows the shipment may have been lost. Maybe I should request a refund even though the computer arrive on time. Seriously, Besos needs to tighten his operation up. I was thinking about buying him out, but with another example of shoddy practices I can’t honestly think that would be a good idea now. Get real, Jeff.

A nice introduction to Windows 10 – Loving W7 for many years, it was time to upgrade to a W10 machine. I chose a 500GB SSD with 16gigs of ram, and it was very aggressively priced; with W10 Pro loaded it was a no brainer. After two weeks I have had no problems and that 8 second boot time brings a smile every time I punch that power button. Lenovo support was very quick to change the start date of the warranty for me (responded within hours to my email) so that I received my full 12 months.
