      Too expensive to say the least. – Way too expensive for ink and too bad you need the colored ink to even have the printer print. I’m fine with just black ink.

      Best ink to use – I purchased this set when my Instant Ink cartridges stopped working because the printer could not communicate with HP. After 8 hours on the phone with HP tech they were still unable to make the printer communicate. I have cancelled instant ink and will use non-chipped cartridges only.

I was not expecting to drop over a hundred with tax. But, they came in two days using the free shipping option, and without a subscription to Amazon Prime. When I was shopping for printers, my other choice was an Epson Eco Tank printer which uses ink bottles instead of cartridges. I chose the HP printer because of other features, but now, every time I go to buy cartridges I will wonder if I should have gotten the Epson with the long-lasting ink tanks. 🙁
