Performance is terrible. – I purchased this computer to install John Deere service advisor on and I have six other CF53 that are 3 times faster than this computer and they are running 4 and 5 programs. Not to mention the fact that it just as well be a desktop because the battery is non existent, if it isn’t plugged it shuts down instantly. All in all I am very disappointed with this purchase… I did this review and still waiting on it to boot up… smh!

Price was good, but I’d be cautious. – Ordered one, clearly heavily used key caps worn, keyboard sticks up like it was reinstalled incorrectly, and even has radeon software installed for an intel igpu? Wonder what else will pop up.

Not as described in ad and battery is shot – This is second attempt to leave a negative review. The first was apparently screened and deleted. This was described in ad as Windows 10 Pro (see picture attached). What was received was Windows 11 Pro (see attached picture). The battery will not charge over 7% even after 24 hours of continuous charging with laptop turned off. I contacted seller about this to ask them what should be done a week ago and never received a response. I would not order anything from this seller. Buyers beware.

very durable – I needed a laptop for use with our disabled daughter. It mounts on her wheelchair tray and is subjected to some rough treatment as it goes everywhere with her. Had a toughbook years ago and decided to go back to it again after many others didn’t hold up very well.
