Be prepared for trial and error. – I would try another seller or be ready for trial and error. The first computer they sent was not packaged great and the mouse was destroyed on arrival. Booted it up and it was making this bad bearing noise from one of the fans. They sent a second one that also had a crushed mouse, but the left clicker worked which helped get it started. It was running fine for 3 weeks. Because of terrible Microsoft and windows 10 which is a joke. There was no brightness slider bar. Spent 2 hours trying everything and finally got the bar to show up. Tried to restart the computer to see if the issue had been fixed. Low and behold it turned on but nothing ever showed up on the screen of the brand new acer monitor. Sent the second one back and buying a freaking Mac mini. Tried to just have a basic cheap desktop. I don’t fault the seller totally. If it was a bad gpu of something they wouldn’t know during testing. But 2 computers, 2 failures. On top of that, 2 freaking hours to try and adjust the dang brightness without using the physical buttons on the back! Windows is a joke.

Glad I didn’t wait for Black Friday – My computer was slowing down and freezing constantly, and slowed my work and frustrated me to no end. Had been checking ads and sites for a good deal. Then I stumbled on this PC. Refurb was not on my radar. Certainly glad I did. Plenty fast enough, with no freezes. I’m able to run more than one browser again. Microsoft Edge finally works again. Excellent condition, as promised. New keyboard and mouse included. Didn’t use the wi-fi dongle they sent. It’s limited to 150 and my ethernet cable delivers 300+. Only drawback is that no HDMI port is included. Needed it for my monitor. Bought a convertor cable here for $8, and problem solved. Shipped fast. Comes with a 1 year warranty, and my CC doubles that. Two years worry free.

Great desktop computer with lots of space – This is a nice desktop computer for people who don’t need the power of a gaming rig. Very clean and in excellent shape. This computer came with 16 Gb of RAM, 1TB SATA hard drive, cd/DVD player and wired keyboard and mouse, WiFi dongle, 10 USB ports(4 USB 3) power cord and Windows 10 Pro installed and ready to register. Well worth the money.

Shipped quick and was exactly as described. – This PC is a great bargain for the low price and the decent amount of horsepower that you get. The reason I’m only giving four stars is because they didn’t use enough packing material in the interior box. So I know it bounced around a couple of times in shipment. But everything worked great and no issues other than that. Oh and of course the keyboard and mouse that are thrown in for free are very basic and feel very flimsy. It’s been my experience this is pretty much standard practice no matter where you order the PC from. The peripherals do work fine. But you’ll probably want to upgrade. That being said, I will still definitely purchase more from this vendor in the future.
