No touchscreen – Awesome graphics, but not a touchscreen. It’s super thin and light, but it wobbles when you open the laptop with one hand. Also a fingerprint magnet on the cover, so you have to clean it with a cloth each time. I like the touchpad because it is very similar to a macbook, but not better obviously. Battery life is decent. Wouldn’t say it lasts long even if it has an average 9 hour battery life. I’m a college student and I use many apps, which is the reason why it goes down in about 7 hours. Sound system is nice. It’s loud and balanced, so not much bass felt there. Fingerprint button is as sensitive as a Samsung galaxy phone. No Windows Hello.

Received my laptop with non-functioning OS – Nothing works on this laptop due to corrupted OS. It won’t even allow me to fix the issue. I can’t even reset it. Nothing.

AVOID! – Computer is awkward and cumbersome to operate. The white-on-white keyboard is blinding and terrible to use and doesn’t always respond. I bought Microsoft 365 and it locked up trying to install. I would recommend any other laptop than this expensive rubbish. Also it is not a touchscreen which is likewise deceptive since it always apparently to be touchscreen. AVOID THIS SHAMBOLIC DROSS AT ALL COSTS.

Too much, overwhelmed with complexity and Microsoft pop ups, security, redundant bs – If you are a fan of Microsoft 11, then this might be good for you, As far as size, weight, and design, I was impressed but from the get go, it was a pain, to navigate the Microsoft popups, windows and to download the apps I needed. It seemed slow but I am old school, like Windows 10 and like to use my Chrome browser, it made it hard for me to operate. I also expected LTE and was surprised that it did not accommodate a sim card. I tried to like it, but ended up sending it back. I am not computer illiterate and operate an online Network and websites but this was too much for me.
