Perfect packaging, poor audio quality until you separate it like in my description, 8/10. – The packaging is perfect, not a thing was broken or scratched. Booted it up, everything ran so quickly and very fresh 200fps in destiny 2. The only issue I have is that the audio cable isn’t insulated well, so you can hear the graphic card in your headphones, and so can everyone else in your discord voicechat. After separating the cable from all the others and running it a different way to the motherboard, everything was perfect. Plus you can barely hear the fans.

Changed from a one to a 4. – Originally posted that it didn’t include everything but the keyboard. It was there just all tucked inside the actual pc. Not sure why you’d shove loose items into such a sensitive place. That’s why only 4 stars

Good computer – Considering the GPU in this computer sells right now for up to about 70% of this computer’s total cost, I’d say right now this is a BARGAIN!

Poorly tested and assembled – Since receiving this PC, it has had sporadic GPU issues resulting in no display output and requiring a hard reboot. I’m a reasonably technical person and have not been able to solve this issue. It also came with a broken latch for the PCIe slot the GPU was in. Any reasonable quality assurance would have caught this before shipping. I hope to be able to send it in for repairs, but you should never need to do this for a product that sees everyday use. Don’t waste your time here. Buy from someone else.

GPU DOA…BUT QUICKLY RESOLVED BY SKYTECH 🙂 (Update) – 1-Star for now…Just wanted to get home and play on my new PC but now i gotta go through such a hassle to get it right

Had To Return Two – I was excited and wanted to like this but the 1st one arrived with a number of items not connected originally even though it had a card that stated it was tested within the past month. Went through Tech support and got everything connected but it would not boot. Ran more tests and tech support stated it needed to be returned due to a bad GPU. Returned and waited for amazon to do the refund and ordered the same, silly I know but this was the one I wanted. Received the second one and it booted fine then crashed. Did some troubleshooting and went through tech support as well and they stated they believe the motherboard was faulty and it needed to be replaced. I did not try a 3rd time.

Superb tech support – I will start off by saying that the tech support from Skytech is phenomenal. They were very fast to reply and help me troubleshoot my issue. Unfortunately, it was an issue beyond what they could help me with over emails. The issue was that with certain games such as 7 Days to Die and the Hunter Call of the Wild, the screen would lose connection, anything plugged into the gpu would lose power for a few seconds, and occasionally the fans would spin up to 100% speed. They had me try a few troubleshooting techniques. When that didnt work, they tried to help me narrow down the issue. They thought it may be the gpu, so I sent mine in and the sent me a new one, and they paid for the shipping of both. Unfortunately the new gpu didnt fix anything so I am returning it, but for the other games I played such as CSGO and Siege and Arma 3, the computer ran great. I was averaging 336.2 fps in CSGO. The fans are very queit and never needed to spin fast 25% to keep everything cool. The rgb on this case is fantastic. All case fans are synchronized and have the rgb spinning around the edge. The case has two strips of waterfalling rgb, one on each side near the front. The gpu is rgb in the front and middle fan. The case is highly breathable, everything stays cool. I ran it through an hour long furmark test and peaked at 70°C which I believe is really good considering the how demanding that test is. Overall, would definitely recommend this brand. I just happened to jut that one in a million bad one. It happens. But definitely love the computer, and the tech support is superb.

Great prebuilt PC – This thing is a beast I got an i5 12600K with a rtx 3070 and 32gigs of ram. The motherboard is a asrock z690cd5 with wifi and blutooth. So far this thing has run every game ive thrown at it. Love it
