Top notch customer support!!! – This tower was packaged super well. The build quality is very clean, no bunched up wires, nothing out of place, very well put together. I got this when the $400 off coupon was active so I figured why not see what it was all about. It fired right up and ran beautifully. For three days… The ASUS 3060 gpu it came with started crashing, showing artifacts on the screens, just not having a good time. Instead of just sending it back, I called Skytech’s tech support line. The automated message was saying I’d have to push a button to set an appointment for a support rep to call me back. To my surprise though when I hit that option the person that picked up told me he’d like to try and help me rather than have me wait for someone else to call me back. I ran Jose through all the troubleshooting I had already done and what the pc was doing. He then had me run some other tests and we decided the gpu was going out and they were going to send me a replacement under warranty. I went from calling in to setting up the RMA in under thirty minutes, Jose is awesome! Not only did they send me a replacement gpu right away, but they sent me a HUGE upgrade for no extra cost to make up for the original gpu dying on me so quickly. They sent me a 3080 Ti OC in exchange for my dying 3060. Jose also kept an eye on my case and when there were any updates along the way, he emailed me right away to let me know when my gpu was picked and when it shipped so I had my tracking number before the shipping dept even sent it to me. Guys, this company is no joke! If you’re on the fence, just give them a shot, and call Jose if you have ANY issues. He’s the best and will absolutely get you sorted out. Despite the trouble I had early on, I would 100% buy this tower again. Also, it did come with an rgb keyboard and mouse. They weren’t anything special, but they feel like good quality and will be great spares in case I need them.

Worthless piece of crap right out of the box – For $1000 dollars, you would think they would include a user’s manual but, no, you have to go to their site and the people there are rude and not very helpful. I can’t even USE my computer right now. It should have been ready to go without me having to disassemble and reassemble the wretched thing. I have a second call into customer support but have been on hold >30 minutes. Skytech will NOT be receiving any further business from me and I may well be returning the miserable thing.

Good value, not a K sku cpu – I got this when there was a $400 off coupon and couldn’t pass. Only issue is the product description says it’s an overclockable cpu, which it is not. Other then that, no complaints.
