IT WORKS – This is my first ever “notebook” and I was very excited about taking the step to liberate me from using my phone as a computer. First of all it is heavy. I was not expecting that, perhaps they all are. There was a scratch on the screen, which is glass…small, but I saw it. Set up was confusing, requiring I use my phone and the notebook. The resolution is not great, but it’s not bad either. Photos look fuzzy, not clear. The camera and video functions are also mediocre. I had to download a equalizer app to get “normal” sound on it, otherwise it sounded like the cheapest AM radio. My earbuds don’t work with it, the sound doesn’t come through well, I sing karaoke and though I can use my phone perfectly well which is an android, the tablet or notebook produces a poor sound quality for the karaoke. I paid 99.00 for it, it has a 10″ screen. Also noticed that when typing sometimes my finger touches don’t make the keys work, I have to go back and redo almost all typing. I will be generous and say that this could just be one of the glitchy one’s. I have read other reviews that were good, that’s why I bought it. I am still feeling it out. Oh, I can’t make calls from it, so I assume I have to go to the phone store and get it hooked up, wasn’t counting on having two cell bills…………

Glass screen is not fixable – My son cracked the glass screen and I took it to Asurion to have it replaced and the glass screen for this model came directly from Zonko and does not fit. I’m not sure how that is possible, because they pulled the information directly from the device. The repair tech said it is not able to be repaired, so I have will need to buy another tablet. This is really unfortunate, because the tablet is pretty good for my son and works better than the fire tablet he used to have. I will not be buying another one of these due to this reason. You have to be able to fix them!!
