Quick to get hot. – The product works well for basic needs, it is not equipped with gaming hardware. Vpu usage is vary limited and gpu needs tweaks to play even the low settings on older games 2010s. Even with no program running the product gets hot fast. After an hour use the keys on the laptop get too hot to type with. Use this computer spearing and besure to power off completely if left on sleep mode overnight will cause blue error screen to appear.

The only thing that it doesn’t – That it did not have the playstore,it has Microsoft store and the app that I need for my ugee drawing tablet is not in the Microsoft store.Other then that I love the laptop and 3 days later I got the windows 11 update.now it works even faster…… Thank You Amazon!

Design Flaw? – I was just purchasing this as a travel computer and wasn’t expecting too much. Everything worked okay until I tried to install an expansion SSD in the internal slot. Windows would never recognize the card. I tried two. Nothing. Called tech support for the card, no help. I called tech support for the laptop insurance, no help (suggested I return the computer). I’m going to keep it at this point and try an external USB SSD. If that fails I’ll update this review. If you’re just expecting a very basic laptop this is a good price. I’d for sure get the insurance.
