Best bang for $ at 2100 – TLDR = at the price of 2100 you really can’t do any better even building your own unless you manage to find a most of your parts on sale. The only negative thing I have to say is the cooling would be better if the top and bottom fan were a actually flush with the case.

Amazing Gaming rig but not without it’s flaws – I will start by saying that this PC is a fantastic game machine. Games play effortlessly on Ultra setting and 4k. I’ve been playing Halo and a few other games without any noticeable drops in framerate. The computer came so well packed and put together, I’m very impressed with it. Mine came with an ASUS B550-I and an MSI 3080.

Dead on arrival. – Got this PC and like a few others it was dead on arrival. Emailed customer service and of coarse they don’t work on weekends. Everything seemed to be packaged well. I’m sure this pc is a work horse once running. Mine came with the MSI 3080 and Rog Motherboard. Hopefully they can replace or exchange my pc for me. Every machine needs to be checked prior me to delivery because it seems to be a reoccurring issue I see. I got this of on Cyber Monday so we will see what they do when I get a response. Will update review based on the outcome of what happens.

DON’T BUY. BUILD YOUR OWN. – I made a hasty purchase at a time when GPUs were hard to come by. I’ve had this machine for several months now. Everything works pretty well EXCEPT THE PC HAS CRASHED DUE TO FATAL ERRORS AT LEAST 3 TIMES over a course of 8 months. I’ve reinstalled the OS a couple of times since then. Neither Amazon or Thermaltake were helpful with an obvious defect relating to part compatibility or a defective component(s). Thermaltake wanted me to send the entire PC in for repairs, a journey the computer obviously wouldn’t survive because of the fragility of the components. Plus they expected me to send it using my own money. A $3000 computer shouldn’t be crashing repeatedly due to fatal component issues within the first few months of ownership. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER, WASTE OF MONEY.

Cheaper today than when I bought it. – I love the computer, it’s great. It’s now advertised a few hundred dollars cheaper than it was before when I bought it. I spoke to customer service and they said the restock few would be more than discount I would receive if I bought it today. Which seems kind of unfair. In less than 6 months it’s 400 dollars cheaper and nothing can be done about it.

Reactor 380 – Not one for reviews but at this price probably should. Ended up paying more than I probably should have but that’s the GPU market anymore. Arrived a day later than expected but packing was adequate. Once it arrived I made sure everything was still plugged in and survived the trip it booted right up. Love this thing so far leaps and bounds faster than my old laptop. Thermals seem to be pretty consistent highest I’ve seen is CPU 70c and GPU 77c. Like others have said fans are a bit loud but hasn’t really bothered me yet. Only issue so far was a windows update went sideways and had to reinstall windows but been running amazing since. Only real complaint I have found so far is you have to remove the rear fan to mount a 3.5 in drive.
